Sarah Pennock

Sarah Pennock is a Psychoanalytic Attachment-Based Psychotherapist specialising in addiction and relational trauma.

She has been practising for 17 years, including the last decade in private practice. Sarah is an Associate Member of The Bowlby Centre, where she has found her professional home, and where she teaches and supervises trainee attachment-based psychotherapists. She runs a thriving private practice in Marylebone, London, and since the pandemic has expanded her work to support clients nationally and internationally via Zoom.

Sarah delivers workshops and training for a range of professional organisations on attachment theory, addiction, and relational dynamics. She is a contributing author for ‘Attachment, Relationships and Food’ (ed. Linda Cundy, Routledge 2021) and also works as a Resilience Coach with senior corporate executives, supporting secure communication and leadership through an attachment-informed lens.

Sarah is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
